Dear Senator,

   

   

I urge you to oppose President Obama’s nomination of Elena Kagan for U.S. Supreme Court Justice. As a pro-life citizen, I believe that the pro-choice Ms. Kagan is the wrong choice  for a U.S. Supreme Court Justice.

    As you know, America is one Supreme Court Justice away from overturning Roe v. Wade and Doe v. Bolton, the two 1973 Supreme Court decisions which allow abortion in all nine months of pregnancy. Recent national polls have all shown that America is now a majority pro-life, believing that the unborn child has a right to life and that there is no guaranteed right to abortion within the constitution.

    As a U.S. Senator, you have the duty to confirm a Justice that will protect all life, even life for those most defenseless among us. You have the power to save millions of lives and help women and their families seek real help in times of need.

   Make no mistake about it, Elena Kagan is pro-choice. She even goes as far as to state that tax-payer dollars should be used to fund abortion.

    Please, take a stand and be a defender of Life.
